Luen Lam focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale, and finance. Mr. Lam represents landlords and tenants in the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of leases, buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real property, and borrowers and lenders in the financing of real property.\u00a0 Mr. Lam has extensive experience with real estate transactions across diverse product types, including office, retail, industrial, warehouse, mixed-use, hotel, multi-family and undeveloped land.\u00a0 Mr. Lam\u2019s clients include real estate investors and developers, institutional and individual owners, national retailers, single site end-users, and lenders.<\/p>\n

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments<\/h4>\n

Mr. Lam is a member and past President of the Asian Business League of San Francisco.\u00a0 In his ten years of service on ABL-SF\u2019s Board of Directors, Mr. Lam held leadership positions including Secretary, General Counsel, Vice President and chair of ABL-SF\u2019s Youth Mentorship Program.\u00a0 In addition, Mr. Lam is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, where he served on the mentorship committee, and the Real Property Law Section of the California State Bar.<\/p>\n
